1. acceptance of terms
by accessing or using any products or services provided by chr0me.xyz, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. if you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use any part of the platform or its offerings.
2. licensing and use
each software product purchased from chr0me.xyz is licensed, not sold. licenses are single-user, non-transferable, and granted solely for the personal use of the original buyer. any attempt to bypass, alter, spoof, or manipulate license verification will result in immediate removal of access.
3. restrictions
you may not:
- redistribute, share, resell, or reupload our software in any form;
- crack, reverse engineer, or tamper with any security mechanism;
- provide unauthorized access to others (including “cracked” or “free” versions);
- use our products in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.
4. no free or trial versions
chr0me.xyz does not and will not provide trial, demo, or free versions of its software. any such versions found online are unauthorized and potentially harmful.
5. updates and changes
we reserve the right to update, patch, or modify our software at any time. continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any such updates or changes.
6. termination and enforcement
violations of these terms may result in termination of your license, account blacklisting, and, where appropriate, legal action. chr0me.xyz retains sole discretion in determining violations and enforcement measures.
7. refund policy
due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. no refunds will be provided except in rare, exceptional cases as determined solely by chr0me.xyz.
8. liability disclaimer
chr0me.xyz is not responsible for any damages, data loss, account bans, or unintended consequences resulting from the use or misuse of our products. all use is at your own risk.
9. governing law
